Job Description: Community Assistant
Impact Hub Aruba is hiring a Community Assistant responsible for managing Front Desk operations, including member signups, space tours, price explanations, and introducing new members to the community. This role involves handling visitor and member space bookings, assisting co-founders with event coordination, and managing supplier interactions. The Community Assistant will also manage inquiries via email and social media pages.
Responsibilities:
- Manage member signups and onboarding
- Handle visitor signups and payments
- Provide tours to visitors and new members
- Maintain facility cleanliness and order
- Explain pricing and services to visitors
- Respond to comments and inquiries promptly
- Handle general email correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with filing and administrative tasks
- Book spaces for members and visitors
- Support event coordination
- Maintain office visitor records
- Handle interactions with suppliers
- Assist the General Manager with various tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle inquiries both online and offline
- Organized and detail-oriented
